Executive Board

Oversee PTO meetings and activities. Handle communications and hospitality.

Assist with all presidential duties.  Maintain PTO supply closet, materials, & ordering needs for events.

Document and distribute agendas and minutes for all PTO meetings.  

Maintain financial records and annual budget of the PTO.

Recruit and organize all PTO volunteers.

Oversee all PTO giveback fundraisers.

Oversee PTO fundraising activities and Business sponsers.

Create & manage marketing materials such as fliers, social media, & PTO website.
